New name - even better Services

Kern Performance Consulting becomes Aventario – since the end of 2022 we are operating as Aventario Services! Don't worry, the team remains the same and we emerged even stronger from this change.

It is our mission to develop strong and trustful relationships with our customers and to execute successful projects together. The positive feedback we receive proves that we succeed in this. This allows us to grow and expand, not only as an international company, but also as an inclusive and diverse team.

In the last 2 years, our talent acquisition has quadrupled, and our multinational and multicultural team is spread throughout Europe and the USA, speaking several languages: English, German, Romanian, Slovak, Polish, Czech, Korean, Spanish and Portuguese.

As ambitious explorers of digital transformation, we embrace the advantages of flexible operations, and collaborate in two co-working spaces conveniently located in the cities of Graz and Vienna. Our close-knit, yet lean and open organizational structure has proven to be an invaluable asset for managing our customers’ needs end-to-end! We believe this has brought us great results, and we take pride in sharing our success.

What is the story of Aventario?

The smooth transition to our new brand reflects our key areas of transformation and adaptation to simplify your digital future. Aventario is a neologism made up of several languages, which also represents the versatility and diversity of our team.

In fact, it consists of 3 words:

• Aventura – the Latin word for adventure, is represented by the mountains, which is emblematic for the company's origins in Austria.
• Avenue – the English word for road, describes the path we take together towards your success.
• Avenir – the French word for future, describes our thinking ahead towards the future we will shape together.
